      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with program faculty to enhance the undergraduate Foundations curriculum
      - Teach a 2/2 course load in Drawing & Painting and/or Foundations
      - Plan and execute recruitment programming for the School of Visual Arts
      - Guide and assess program majors, portfolio development, independent studies, and internships
      - Stay updated on the latest developments in foundations education in visual art

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Terminal degree: MFA, Ph.D., or equivalent in Art or related field
      - College-level teaching experience and a commitment to undergraduate instruction
      - Experience in curriculum development, including new courses and revisions
      - Strong commitment to equitable practices in curriculum development
      - Evidence of collaborative work to create supportive learning environments

      - Demonstrated ability to cultivate inclusive and accessible learning environments
      - Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration within the arts and design disciplines
