What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate the Prism Model for effective treatment of serious and persistent mental illness into practice
- Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team
- Coordinate the admission process and oversee the Comprehensive Assessment and Community Service Plan development
- Provide clinical supervision and participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluation
- Monitor program budget and ensure compliance with electronic health record-keeping standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC; pathway to licensure can be an option
- A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or clinical psychology
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience with adults with mental health issues
- At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or team lead role
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record

- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
- Familiarity with ELWYN, DPH, and DMH policies, regulations, and standards
