Job Description
- Req#: 1173
- Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying services including estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues of local, PRC or Macau projects
- Provide extensive support to the Senior Team Leaders and Team Leaders on project delivery.
- Capable of taking a QS assignment from conception through to completion with limited supervision.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Ensure consistency of service delivery
- Holder of Degree/ Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines is preferred.
- Candidate with 4 years relevant experience is preferred for Assistant Team Leader.
- Holder of MHKIS/ MRICS is preferred.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
