      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of the facilities "back shop" operations
      - Oversee the flow of inbound and outbound products, ensuring safety and customer service
      - Maintain a safe, clean working environment and ensure company assets are protected
      - Ensure adherence to all corporate operational policies and procedures
      - Act as TLC Manager in their absence and perform additional responsibilities as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience with a focus on operations and warehouse management
      - Supervisor or management experience
      - Experience with KPI management
      - Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field
      - Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or equivalent graduate degree
      - Process improvement experience
      - Experience driving day-to-day operations within a warehouse environment
      - Logistics excellence
