      ASSISTANT TO SCHOOL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (Job #624)

      Hamilton Township School District is seeking an Assistant to the School Business Administrator
      to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient
      operation of our educational institution.
      As the School Assistant to the Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the
      day-to-day administrative functions of our school's financial and operational departments. You
      will collaborate closely with the Business Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of
      financial processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication with
      staff, students, and parents.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Assist the Business Administrator in financial record-keeping, budget monitoring, and
      • financial reporting.
      • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and expense
      • reports.
      • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for staff compensation.
      • Manage procurement and inventory, including tracking and ordering supplies and
      • equipment.
      • Assist with grant application processes and compliance reporting.
      • Collaborate with the Business Administrator to maintain compliance with local, state, and
      • federal regulations.
      • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documents,
      • and managing correspondence.
      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information.
      • Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant
      • college degree or coursework is a plus.
      • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational or financial setting.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
