      As our Auckland Value and Risk Advisory continues to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Valuer to join our award-winning team! If you are a recent graduate or about to complete your degree in Property, then this is the perfect opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and put theory into practice.

      Based in our Auckland office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Value and Risk Advisory team. Working closely with experienced Senior Valuers, you will roll your sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the valuation process, including:

      • Providing timely, accurate valuations under supervision
      • Undertaking financial and sensitivity analysis
      • Undertaking data verification and audit processes
      • Compiling and verifying market evidence for reports
      • Preparing, editing and modifying computer cash flow models
      • Working closely with the team to ensure maintenance and alignment of technical competency
      • Leveraging research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis

      • a recently graduated with a Bachelor degree in property and with the aspiration to become a Registered Valuer
      • excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills
      • work well in a team environment, easily build rapport with stakeholders

      • self-motivated and take the initiative to complete prescribed projects within the given timeframe
