      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the underwriting strategy execution and performance in the Northeast Region to drive profitability and operational efficiency
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance pricing accuracy and risk assessment
      - Ensure compliance with underwriting quality and regulatory standards while driving continuous innovation
      - Provide training, coaching, and succession planning to develop a high-performing underwriting team
      - Represent underwriting in strategic planning and enhance operational effectiveness to support sustainable growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of ten years of commercial lines underwriting experience, including at least four years of team leadership experience
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations preferred
      - Extensive knowledge of underwriting principles and risk management strategies
      - Exceptional leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
