      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and market program services to enhance community outreach
      - Oversee program quality and consistency to ensure effective service delivery
      - Manage personnel involved in program operations
      - Oversee fiscal operations and budget management for multiple programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a social science or administration
      - Minimum of five years of relevant experience
      - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required
      - Proven ability to manage multiple programs with substantial budget responsibility
      - Skills in program design, operational oversight, personnel management, and public relations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing programs serving diverse client populations
      - Familiarity with property management and governmental relations
