      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic direction and execution of the underwriting operational strategy for the property portfolio
      - Oversee the development of the company's property underwriting philosophy, policies, and programs
      - Analyze the performance of the existing book of business and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
      - Direct the implementation of company objectives to achieve growth and profitability goals
      - Build a strong team culture and oversee the corporate property underwriting team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an insurance or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Ten years of commercial property underwriting experience in progressively responsible roles
      - Prior leadership experience in a relevant field
      - Insurance certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AU, or CIC
      - Superior knowledge of underwriting techniques, policies, and products

      - Advanced degree, such as MBA
      - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
      - Excellent presentation and leadership skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
