      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set strategic direction and vision for the claims team in collaboration with senior leadership
      - Develop and manage long-term strategies aligning the claims team with division objectives
      - Oversee the vetting, monitoring, and auditing of Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
      - Collaborate with front-line claim personnel to execute enterprise-wide initiatives
      - Analyze and review claims above adjusters’ authority limits and provide direction for presentation to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 to 15+ years of related experience in Small Fleet Transportation, with at least three years in the Sharing Economy space
      - College degree required or equivalent work experience; insurance-related designations or courses are a plus
      - Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of losses across multiple claims systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; occasional travel required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with litigation management strategies
      - Knowledge of market trends impacting profitability and business results
      - Familiarity with claims resolution processes and benchmarking for team performance
      - Background in developing new insurance products or modifying existing policies
      - Participation in professional training or industry-related certifications
