      The Assistant Vice President ( A VP) is a key contributor to Citi Community Investing and Development’s (CID) s takeholder e ngagement and r eporting team . The Community Investing and Development function works to enhance Citi’s positive social impact through equity investing , innovative financial solutions , community partnerships and volunteerism , as well as the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation. Th e AVP w ill develop, track , and report on stakeholder engagement efforts and support activation of new flagship campaigns in collaboration with teams across Citi’s global functions, including colleagues in communications, sponsorships, marketing, legal and government affairs .

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Write, edit, and produce content for CID impact reports, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, webpages, and campaigns

      • Develop, t rack, benchmark , and report metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate CID’s stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts

      • Project manage and draft submissions for third-party assessment and recognition activities, including award submissions, surveys, and ratings/ranking s

      • Support event activations (i.e., conferences, convenings, etc.) to maximize engagement with key stakeholders

      • Create toolkits, fact sheets , and presentations that demonstrate the impact of CID’s activities

      • Facilitate compliance approvals for CID content to ensure adherence to Citi’s risk and controls processes

      • Identify opportunities to expand stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts, and create systems to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of current efforts and processes

      Job Skills:

      • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in communications or social impact

      • Interpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication, and comfort communicating with a broad range of stakeholders

      • Project management

      • Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail

      • Self-motivated and prepared to work independently

      • Ability to multi-task, working well under pressure

      • An understanding of how diversity and inclusion are central to community efforts

      • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      Education:

      • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
