What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead real estate transactions across the owned and leased portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and renewals
- Oversee real estate project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Serve as a real estate lead for system-wide initiatives related to growth and efficiency
- Coordinate with property management teams for effective communication on site-level activities
- Manage data quality, dashboards, and analytics to support forecasting and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable job-specific experience, including 4 years in leadership/management
- Licensure or certification as a Commercial Investment Member preferred
- Certification as a Property Manager preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into operational plans

- Experience in real estate operations within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills for managing data and dashboards
- Experience in coordinating large-scale real estate projects
