What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote emergency radiology services during second shifts, focusing on patient care
- Collaborate with a team of ER radiologists to discuss and manage challenging cases
- Utilize customized worklists and ER-centric dictation templates to streamline reporting
- Participate in teaching and mentoring trainees in residency and fellowship programs
- Contribute to the expansion of teleradiology services across the state
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board certification in Radiology
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Radiology
- Ability to read advanced neuro imaging is a plus, but not required
- Commitment to improving health equity and well-being for all
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in emergency radiology or teleradiology services
- Interest in academic medicine and teaching responsibilities
- Familiarity with AI programs and advanced imaging technologies
- Engagement in research related to radiology or public health
- Involvement in initiatives aimed at improving community health
