      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide emergency radiology services during second shift hours (5 PM - 2 AM EST)
      - Collaborate with a team of ER radiologists on challenging cases
      - Utilize customized worklists and ER-centric dictation templates to streamline workflow
      - Engage in teaching and training of medical trainees
      - Contribute to the mission of improving health equity and well-being in the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MD or DO degree with board eligibility or certification in Radiology
      - Experience in emergency radiology preferred
      - Ability to work second shift hours consistently
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Commitment to teaching and mentorship in an academic setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced neuro imaging experience is a plus
      - Previous involvement in residency or fellowship training programs
      - Active participation in research or community engagement efforts
      - Familiarity with AI applications in radiology
