What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver courses in the CEPH-accredited MPH program, CAHME-accredited MHA program, or the PhD program in Health Systems and Services Research
- Generate extramural funding to conduct and disseminate original research
- Advise and mentor graduate students in their academic and professional development
- Provide service to college and university committees
- Participate in program assessment activities to enhance educational outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in healthcare management, health administration, health services research, health economics, implementation science, data analytics, informatics, or a related field
- Strong commitment to research, scholarship, teaching, and mentoring
- Proven ability to contribute to educational programs in public health
- Experience in generating funding for research initiatives
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students and faculty
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a tenure-track position within an academic setting
- Demonstrated success in securing extramural funding for research
- Background in teaching at the graduate level
- Strong publication record in relevant fields
- Experience with program assessment and curriculum development
