What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide academic and clinical instruction within the School of Nursing, Graduate Leadership Studies Department
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct online, classroom, and clinical experiences for graduate students
- Maintain academic standards as established by the school and the university
- Teach graduate students in online, clinical, and classroom settings
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of school, program, course, and student activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Earned Doctorate and Master's in Nursing from a regionally accredited university
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or ability to transfer license to Texas
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a nursing administration role
- At least 7 years of Nurse Administration/Leadership experience
- Certified in Leadership, such as AONL - CNML, CENP, or ANCC - NE-BC, NEA-BC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or education in teaching in the nursing administration specialty
- Experience in supervising MSN students and DNP projects
- Master's in Business Administration
- Demonstrated leadership skills related to coordination of teaching activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and instructional design and implementation, including online education and clinical education
