What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and analyze information from external parties for updating provider information in computer systems
- Load and maintain accurate provider demographic data with affiliation and contract assignment
- Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy
- Ensure accurate loading of provider information for claims processing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and provider networks
- Familiarity with claims processing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
