- Accurately capture patient demographics, insurance, and medical information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience or patient access center required
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a focus on patient care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AS/BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or patient access
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans
