      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead client interactions and assist in analytics and project management for public sector clients
      - Conduct analyses related to Child Welfare and Medicaid, including rate setting and financial modeling
      - Provide actuarial support for government reporting and requirements
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 Society of Actuaries examinations passed
      - Knowledge of child welfare, Medicaid, and other government health-related programs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
      - Solid analytic and mathematics skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ASA designation
      - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting in healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with Child Welfare and Medicaid terminology
      - Computer programming skills
      - Professional presence and superior problem-solving capabilities
