      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decisions
      - Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions
      - Conduct independent research and communicate findings effectively across teams
      - Support long-term projects aimed at enhancing technical maturity and forecasting accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
      - Minimum 3 years of health industry experience with ASA, or 1+ years with FSA
      - 2+ years of SQL experience or equivalent skillset
      - Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-actuarial audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Medicare Advantage
      - High degree of self-accountability and creativity
      - Experience with Python, PowerApps, and PowerBI
