What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform time-sensitive data entry, root cause analysis, and data querying; summarize findings for leadership
- Execute projects related to the revenue cycle, including process improvements and resolution of claims issues
- Collaborate with business partners and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide updates on initiatives
- Support clinic outreach and follow-up on missing documentation requirements
- Complete other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) or Revenue Cycle
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation
- Availability for occasional nights and weekends as needed to meet project objectives

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
