      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate large amounts of data into actionable insights and communicate results clearly
      - Monitor efficiency across the P&L and make recommendations for improvement
      - Conduct detailed management P&L excel modeling
      - Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with metrics and insights
      - Audit and ensure accuracy of all data; identify and report anomalies to business owners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics
      - Relevant experience with key roles or internships in a high-performing FP&A team
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
      - Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a respectful, positive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, and Adobe Analytics
      - Vision/Eyeglasses industry experience is a plus
      - Self-motivated and inquisitive with an entrepreneurial/startup mindset
