      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide entry-level analyst support for provider configuration activities, ensuring timely maintenance of critical provider information
      - Analyze provider information received from outside parties for accurate loading and updates in internal systems and databases
      - Maintain department standards for loading provider demographic data, including affiliation and contract assignment
      - Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback
      - Ensure accurate loading of provider information for proper claims processing and outbound reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks
      - Customer service experience
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
