What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and validate provider information received from external parties for entry into internal systems
- Maintain accurate records of provider demographic data, including affiliations and contract assignments
- Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback as necessary
- Ensure accurate loading of provider information to facilitate proper claims processing and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to meet internal deadlines and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
- Proven customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and other relevant software programs
