- Manage the Real Estate Supplier mailbox, ensuring complete and accurate documentation for all requests.
- Coordinate landlord supplier setup and changes, including processing of new leases, change of ownerships, remittance updates, and database management.
- Ensure completion of tasks while meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards to support timely and accurate landlord rent payments.
- Maintain and validate supplier records in Oracle, ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
- Investigate and resolve daily payment rejects, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments.
- Identify and communicate process improvements and issues to leadership, contributing to operational excellence.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Merchandise Payables, Real Estate Payables, GIS based in Asia Pacific, Real Estate Law, Occupancy Accounting) to support accurate data entry, reporting, and training.
- Participate in special projects and support extended hours during peak periods as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
- Proficient in Oracle Financials; understanding business processes and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Lucernex or similar lease management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supplier management or payables role.

Job Summary:
The Analyst, Supplier Management is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Supplier Master File within Oracle, ensuring accurate and timely supplier data to support payment processing and compliance. Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Management, this role plays a critical part in supporting internal business partners, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to SOX and IT security protocols.
This role also includes specialized responsibilities for landlord supplier setup, supporting real estate payables and lease accounting workflows. The analyst collaborates with Real Estate Law and Lease Administration to ensure accurate supplier onboarding and compliance.What You'll Do
