What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how the employer's solutions can modernize orthodontic workflows
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a defined territory of accounts
- Foster positive relationships with orthodontic practice team members to promote full integration of the employer's system
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to maximize implementation and utilization of technology
- Collaborate with integration specialists to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1+ years of outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Comfortable having clinical conversations with orthodontists
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in orthodontic sales or selling medical devices, capital equipment, or relevant B2B products
