What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sr. Art Directors and Creative Director on seasonal editorial campaigns for Baby & Toddler
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal photoshoots, including creating creative briefs and managing on-set direction
- Oversee photography edits and post-production processes, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
- Stay updated on trends in fashion and culture to innovate and enhance the creative voice of the brand
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related field
- 4+ years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry
- On-set photoshoot experience with the ability to direct and manage location sets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, and Mural programs
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and guiding layout artists
