      In this role, you will:

      • Support and monitor timely processing of all consumer accounts involved in all chapters of bankruptcy
      • Improve work processes, mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and state and federal regulations
      • Perform routine administrative, operational and transactional tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
      • Communicate and receive direction from more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist
      • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist roles
      • Interact with all levels of management, attorneys, internal and external customers and court personnel


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ months of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Data entry experience
      • Excel Spreadsheet experience
      • MS Office Suite experience
      • Multitasking and using many computer programs/systems
      • Strong organizational and time management skills


      Job Expectations:

      • Business Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm CST
      • Must be able to work in the building on site at the Jordan Creek Campus in West Des Moines, IA
      • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
      • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
