      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage escalation of benefit and leaves of absence issues
      - Support the administration of benefit plans by collaborating with vendors and internal partners
      - Oversee communications and scheduling of benefits activities and launches
      - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Utilize AI and automation to enhance benefits processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration of benefit programs
      - Experience working with global benefit programs in a dynamic environment
      - Proficiency in presenting HR-related concepts to groups of various sizes
      - Familiarity with Workday and challenges of benefits administration
      - Strong analytical skills to address challenges and drive improvements

      - Subject matter expertise in multiple areas of benefits administration and compliance
