      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Business Lending Development Consultant.


      In this role, you will:

      • Manage relationships for assigned medium to large and high profile dealer accounts
      • Develop strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities and ensure dealer satisfaction
      • Analyze profitability of ongoing relationship management and make recommendations to management about account disposition
      • Perform needs analyses with current customers and understand customer needs
      • Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
      • Interact with internal customers
      • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ months of Business Lending Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • 6+ months of financial services sales experience
      • Phone sales experience
      • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
      • Ability to address and resolve complex customer issues
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Basic knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
      • Basic Microsoft Office skills
      • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
      • Experience making work-related outbound cold calls



      Job Expectations:

      • Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
      • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
      • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the site location; however the position is eligible to work from home at times.
