What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from business units and clients
- Translate requirements into clear documentation for developers and technical teams
- Assist with reviewing system capabilities, workflows, file mappings, and integration processes
- Support cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis for system or process changes
- Document processes, procedures, and operational workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as an IT Analyst, Business IT Analyst, ITA, or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and documentation skills
- Basic experience with SQL or data querying preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare, government, or system integration experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong initiative and learning ability
