What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute forecast exception management, re-buying, and purchase order placement to support inventory targets
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment signals within the planning and replenishment system
- Create, process, and maintain accurate purchase orders, including data entry and system flow
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with select supplier partners
- Assist with resolution of inbound discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and pricing variances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management
- Strong analytical, financial, and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with strong Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfort working in ERP and supply chain planning systems; NetSuite experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
