What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new small group leaders
- Facilitate the connection of individuals to small groups and organize GroupLink events
- Collaborate with campus staff and elders on training and pastoral care
- Manage the Membership Class and other Adult Discipleship Classes, including follow-up tasks
- Provide resources and care for campus small group coaches and leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth as a Whole Disciple
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills to convey the vision of small groups
- Ability to build multicultural relationships and work effectively in a team
- Must be a member of The Summit Church or willing to become a member
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in church leadership or small group ministry
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and coach leaders effectively
- Familiarity with church operations and community engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups
- Background in pastoral care or discipleship programming
