      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of the company's capital strategy across various financing avenues, including debt facilities and private placements
      - Act as a key execution team member on new debt and equity issuances, managing legal documentation and the closing process
      - Build, maintain, and stress-test complex financial models to evaluate financing proposals and assess capital structures
      - Monitor global debt and equity capital markets to inform internal strategy and decision-making
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, and institutional investors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of professional experience in a large investment bank, commercial bank, or corporate treasury/capital markets group
      - Direct experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), or Leveraged Finance
      - Proven track record of managing complex financing transactions
      - Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFA designation or candidate is a plus
      - Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders
      - Superior presentation and communication skills for articulating complex financial concepts
