What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage first- and third-party Personal Lines auto claims, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Investigate property damage claims to assess liability and subrogation potential
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships
- Apply critical thinking to analyze data and make sound judgments
- Continuously evaluate performance and strive to exceed expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong learning agility and ability to adapt quickly to job demands
- Excellent listening skills and empathy in challenging situations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State Adjuster’s License to process Property & Casualty Insurance Claims
