What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates, and adjuster notes
- Handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and partners
- Utilize claim systems and other applications necessary to complete job tasks
- Work in a call center environment, spending 90% of the day on the phone with customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support
- Must be located proximate to specific locations for occasional in-person engagement activities
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a changing schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in an insurance or claims processing environment
- Familiarity with claim systems and applications
