What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Processing claims for members, providers, and employers
- Providing detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium information
- Responding to claim inquiries and resolving member issues
- Analyzing and adjudicating claims for accuracy
- Interpreting and correcting claim discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with claims, customer service, or accounting
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' customer service experience in healthcare or insurance
- 2+ years' experience processing insurance claims
- 2+ years' experience in membership accounting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
