What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead renewal efforts for existing accounts and contribute to upsell sales motions
- Assess customer needs, address concerns, and present new products and services
- Provide high-quality account management and support to assigned accounts
- Maintain knowledge of company products, sales programs, and marketing efforts
- Develop client relationships and drive territory value across 1,000-1,200 accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- University/college degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered
