What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication professionally
- Enter and verify member information in the nH Coordinate care management platform
- Complete administrative documentation for member records
- Coordinate care between health providers and health plan
- Attend meetings and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of previous call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws
- Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment
- Previous experience working in a virtual environment
- Ability to interpret data and information in the nH Coordinate system
