What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and screen candidates for clinical positions, generating leads and closing contracts
- Partner with on-site provider liaisons and recruiters to facilitate recruitment efforts
- Document all recruitment activities in the contact management system (Salesforce)
- Build relationships and provide regular status updates to regional leadership and recruiters
- Assist in the coordination of on-site interviews, including itinerary preparation and travel arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting and sourcing or equivalent sales/healthcare experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
- Proven track record of sourcing viable candidates and maintaining professional relationships
