What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently draft and edit contracts related to U.S. commercial sales contracting
- Act as a legal business partner to operations and commercial personnel
- Provide legal advice on issues with significant financial impact, including litigation and compliance
- Support distribution agreements and outcomes-based arrangements
- Collaborate with colleagues, management, and outside counsel on commercial sales issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Law Degree and admission to practice law in the U.S. required
- Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
- At least 3 years of applicable experience in commercial contracting
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks concerning medical devices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in fraud and abuse, anti-kickback laws
- Direct experience working with Sales & Marketing professionals
