What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and technology-related agreements
- Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed to support business initiatives
- Develop training materials and resources for sales and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering, Product, and Security, to ensure efficient execution of agreements
- Take on additional legal responsibilities in a growing company environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, with the ability to practice in California or New York
- Minimum of 3 years of law firm and/or in-house experience
- Transactional experience with SaaS, technology, IP licensing, and commercial agreements, or M&A transactions
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, independent work style
