      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Concierge in leading a team of advocates to ensure timely and effective resolution of member issues
      - Assist in prioritizing daily assignments and coordinating issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders
      - Provide daily coaching and guidance to the team on delivering concierge-level service
      - Monitor and meet/exceed team success metrics, including member satisfaction ratings and operational productivity scores
      - Participate in member calling projects to support overall membership retention goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3+ years of call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality experience
      - 1 year of SCAN Concierge experience required
      - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build trust with partners
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience delivering coaching and feedback
      - Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups
      - Technologically savvy with the ability to utilize information systems effectively
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include second shift (7 am – 9 pm)
