Employer:
Join our team at the Department of State Hospitals and take on the role of Associate Construction Analyst. As part of our Facilities Planning, Construction and Management Section, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, and design of construction and special repairs assignments. With the support of our department, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our hospital facilities statewide.

Job Details:
- Position: Associate Construction Analyst (TELEWORK)
- Classification: ASSOCIATE CONSTRUCTION ANALYST $8,697.00 - $10,884.00 A
- Work Location: Los Angeles County
- Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert and lead project manager
- Oversee the most difficult, complex, and sensitive projects
- Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and design of construction and special repairs assignments
- Collaborate with the Departmental Construction and Maintenance Supervisor
- Work on projects at DSH-Sacramento and statewide hospital facilities
Working Conditions:
- Regular and consistent attendance is critical
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential issues and materials
- Up to 20% travel required
- Majority of essential functions can be performed via telework or flexible scheduling
