      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the implementation of new healthcare strategies and processes across the organization
      - Assist in designing and executing implementation and change management plans
      - Facilitate effective meeting management and ensure alignment on project initiatives
      - Develop business cases for national initiatives, including financial analyses and implementation strategies
      - Participate in recruiting efforts and assist in onboarding new team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
      - Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
      - Strong communication skills for preparing analyses and reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management or change management in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with data analysis and report preparation
      - Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions and manage meeting agendas
      - Previous experience in onboarding and mentoring new team members
      - Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
