- Execute the weekly menu upload and partner with menu planning and nutrition teams to complete cross-checks to ensure the optimal, curated assortment is delivered accurately to customers
- Partner with the menu planning, brand and culinary teams to support new recipe asset organization & and data management
- Partner with menu planning, procurement and culinary to manage recipe change documentation due to ingredient updates
- Support notetaking & internal communications to keep internal stakeholders informed on weekly processes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in process relevant to menu upload & database management and adapt accordingly
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize current processes and communications
- Detail-oriented – You possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a methodical approach to your work
- Organized- able to handle multiple, sometimes changing, priorities in a fast paced environment and can work in timeframes with fast deadlines
- Collaborative - You are prepared to work collaboratively across teams and functions

- An undergraduate degree in business, communications, food science or other related fields
- Experience managing large sets of data and working cross functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Basic G Suite skills required (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for a content manager to join our Menu Operations Team. The Associate, Content Management will be responsible for assisting in the execution and verification of the web upload for our weekly menus and support documentation efforts to ensure the many moving parts are up to date and accurate.
