      The Corporate Sustainability team works to advance sustainability in the financing activities of JPMorganChase’s lines of business (LOBs). The team manages several key priorities, including: the development and implementation of firmwide sustainability and climate-related targets; sustainability-related publications and narrative; and stakeholder engagement.

      As an Associate in Corporate Sustainability you will assist in advancing the bank's initiatives. It involves managing daily operations, preparing communications, and collaborating on cross-functional projects. You will use their commercial acumen to unlock business growth through sustainability, while monitoring industry trends that impact the firm’s strategic positioning.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Support the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day operations of the Corporate Sustainability team, including: business planning, budget management and meeting preparation and follow-up.
      • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with the bank’s sustainability objectives.
      • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to advance the bank's sustainability goals, working closely with senior members of the Corporate Responsibility team.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sustainability function and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging sustainability issues to help inform the bank’s strategies.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • At least 3 years of professional experience in financial services or consulting.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication skills; able to distill and present complex information clearly, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
      • Strong commercial acumen, viewing sustainability as a driver of business growth and value creation.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
      • High level of integrity, professionalism, and initiative.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in sustainability or a related field is preferred.
      • Experience in event planning or coordination, particularly related to sustainability initiatives.
