      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
      - Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department
      - Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations before trial
      - Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing as applicable
      - Document files in a clear, concise, and professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-6+ years of experience in a related field
      - Juris Doctor degree
      - Admission to the Colorado Bar and must be licensed in good standing to practice law in Colorado
      - Ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and conferences
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to follow complex instructions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Civil litigation experience
      - Experience in insurance defense-related litigation
      - Professional communication skills in person, via telephone, and in written correspondence
