      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, negotiate, and close contracts with fintech and HTS partners to support the employer's success
      - Advise on regulatory issues related to payments, lending, and insurance in the travel and financial services sectors
      - Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative product structures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
      - Build effective processes for legal review and launch of new products, including drafting product terms and conditions
      - Provide legal advice on global business issues, including consumer protection and data privacy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. or LLM in the United States
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an in-house position, government, and/or law firm practice
      - Proven ability to navigate unfamiliar areas of law and jurisdictions
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience in commercial contract drafting and resolving complex regulatory issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience advising on cross-border tax issues
      - Familiarity with the travel industry and fintech products
      - Background in consumer products and technology services
