What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of creative concepts and their production, exceeding client expectations
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with client contacts, becoming an expert on brand culture and expectations
- Collaborate with Design and Motion teams to create optimal processes for high-quality work
- Present pitch materials for major campaigns and ensure the highest quality of deliverables
- Mentor junior creative staff to accelerate skill progression and promote a culture of collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or production company focused on successful ad campaigns
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing individuals or teams
- Hands-on design experience with the ability to provide pixel-perfect feedback
- Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex marketing challenges across various industries
- Understanding of UI features and their impact on user experience, along with awareness of the evolving AI landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in brand design and/or motion design
- Familiarity with working with well-known domestic or international brands
- Ability to generate big ideas for promoting tech services and products
- Experience in broadcast projects is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for video shoots and events
